- Up to 90 days from the date the eviction is filed or notification to CoSign My Lease your tenant has skipped,
- Until the expiration of the current Lease Agreement, or
- Until the commencement date of a new Lease Agreement.
Rental Payment Assurance
- Up to 60 days from the date the eviction is filed or notification to CoSign My Lease your tenant has skipped,

Cosign My Lease enters into a Lease Agreement with the landlord and pays the monthly rent to the landlord for the duration of the lease. CoSign My Lease will subsequently sublease the residence to a prospective tenant that meets its tenant selection criteria. CoSign My Lease remains liable for all obligations stated in the lease agreement.
