Rental Payment Assurance Plus
If you have to evict your tenant or if your tenant skips before the lease expires CoSign My Lease and the Rental Payment Assurance Plus will pay the rent starting from the date the eviction is filed or notification to CoSign My Lease your tenant has skipped and until the first occurrence of one of the following events:
  1. Up to 90 days from the date the eviction is filed or notification to CoSign My Lease your tenant has skipped,
  2. Until the expiration of the current Lease Agreement, or
  3. Until the commencement date of a new Lease Agreement.

Rental Payment Assurance
If you have to evict your tenant or if your tenant skips before the lease expires CoSign My Lease and the Rental Payment Assurance Plus will pay the rent starting from the date the eviction is filed or notification to CoSign My Lease your tenant has skipped and until the first occurrence of one of the following events:
  1. Up to 60 days from the date the eviction is filed or notification to CoSign My Lease your tenant has skipped,
  2. Until the expiration of the current Lease Agreement, or
  3. Until the commencement date of a new Lease Agreement.

Sublease Agreement
The sublease, the best assurance we can offer. There’s no need to turn away applicants that do not meet your rental, credit, or income requirements. We offer a better option than denying the applicant or charging a double deposit. With CoSign My Lease you can close more leases FAST.

Cosign My Lease enters into a Lease Agreement with the landlord and pays the monthly rent to the landlord for the duration of the lease.  CoSign My Lease will subsequently sublease the residence to a prospective tenant that meets its tenant selection criteria. CoSign My Lease remains liable for all obligations stated in the lease agreement.
