Rental Payment Assurance
The Rental Payment Assurance pays the rent for up to 90 days if you have to evict your tenant or if your tenant skips prior to the expiration of the Lease Agreement. Before a claim is made the home must be vacant, advertised, and in move in condition. Sublease Agreement
Unlike the other programs CoSign My Lease offers, the Sublease Agreement provides 12 months of payment assurance and covers the costs of any eviction. CoSign My Lease signs a lease agreement with the landlord, property manager, or community manager and subleases to the applicant (the renter). CoSign My Lease is responsible for the rent regardless of the tenant's performance, damages, and the costs of an eviction. Get A Quote
